Shake well before use. Take 1 to 2 half pipettes per day, directly under the tongue or added to water, tea or your favourite morning drink. Best enjoyed as part of a consistent daily routine.
Mushrooms are grown and cultivated on a local farm using only the fruiting body. We use a traditional double extraction process — first with organic ethanol, then with water — to capture the naturally occurring compounds found in functional mushrooms.
